I’m proud because of what the nation’s capital represents in terms of freedom. Also, I’m proud of the incredible diversity of people who live in and visit this region.
Most embarrassing moment
What makes you embarrassed to say you live here?
People sometimes recognize me when I’m at local stores and they come up to me and say, “Hey, Metro Man, is that you?” It’s somewhat embarrassing. I also find that sometimes people in this region take me much more seriously than anyone did before I came back to this area.
