SAN FRANCISCO (Map, News) - More than 150 clothing, jewelry, children’s, lifestyle and accessory designers and an estimated 6,000 shoppers are expected to attend the spring 2008 Capsule Design Festival, a celebration reflecting a consumer movement to embrace independent designers and original designs. Most of the vendors are based in Bay Area. Artists and musicians also take part. The art event is Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Patricia’s Green, Octavia and Hayes streets, San Francisco.
