Article History LOS ANGELES (Map, News) - In an April 30 story about a $1.1 million settlement paid to an artist whose mural on a government building was painted over, The Associated Press, relying on information from the plaintiff's lawyer, erroneously reported that contractor West Coast General Corp. was among the defendants paying for the settlement. West Coast General was listed among the 11 defendants, but was not required to contribute money under the settlement terms.
