Baltimore cop charged with sexual abuse of second girl

BALTIMORE (Map, News) - A Baltimore police officer has been charged with a second case of sexually abusing a girl.

Officer Troy Gee Sr., 33,  was arrested Wednesday and is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond at Baltimore’s Central Booking and Intake Facility.

An 11-year veteran of the force, Gee is charged with sexual abuse of a minor, third- and fourth-degree sex offense, second-degree assault, indecent exposure and providing alcohol to a minor. He is suspended with pay.

Baltimore police spokesman Sterling Clifford said another accuser came forward after she heard of Gee’s arrest on April 17 on similar charges.

“A second victim came forward after hearing about his original arrest and indictment,” Clifford said. “She was interviewed by police and determined to be credible.”

Baltimore City prosecutors did not immediately disclose the second girl’s age and would only say she is a minor.

In the earlier case, Gee is accused of fondling a 13-year-old relative at his house in the 5400 block of Sagra Road on March 26.

The girl reported “she tried to get away from suspect Gee but he would not allow her to leave the basement,” charging documents state.

Gee allegedly took photos of the girl’s breasts, fondled her, and threw her over his shoulder, carrying her to the basement, according to charging documents.

After the girl resisted Gee’s groping, he stated, “I thought you wanted it,” charging documents state.

The girl told police no penetration occurred during the incident, police said.

Gee was charged with sexual child abuse, third- and fourth-degree sex offense, and  second-degree assault in the previous case. He is scheduled for arraignments on May 7 in the first case and May 21 in the second case.

Why would these children want to make up lies on Mr. Gee? What would they have to gain from his demise? & if the police didn’t have ANY evidence except for the word of these girls he wouldn’t have gotten charged. I'm not saying his innocent or guilty but if it was your daughter what more evidence would you need?

At what point do we note any credible evidence......How can any of this be proven. Reads to me as he say she say, unless the second minor has no dealings with the "alleged" officer or "alleged" victim.

And if he is found not guilty, how does he get his reputation back?
