FREDERICK, Md. (Map, News) - Frederick County authorities say a Thurmont man has been charged with indecent exposure for asking two joggers to be photographd with him while he was naked.
Police say the women were jogging on the Mount St. Mary's College campus earlier this month when 28-year-old Christopher Cole drove up beside them. Cole allegedly asked the women if he could be photographed with them and when he got out of his car, police say he was naked.
