Pepper-spray attacks: One 24-year-old suspect from Vallejo was arrested in connection with robberies at Union Square and later at Grant Avenue and Green Street at 1:10 a.m. and 2 a.m. March 28. The suspect robbed his victims by spraying them with a pepper-spray-like substance. The suspect was corralled by officers. Evidence and stolen property were recovered from the suspect’s clothing.

Sunset, Parkside, portions of Golden Gate Park

Arguing couple: An officer responded to a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend on the 3100 block of Noriega Street at 2:20 p.m. March 27. The man was wanted on a vehicular and resisting arrest warrant from Marin County and an assault warrant from the Chico Police Department.

Suspended license: Officers observed a man who they knew had a suspended license driving a vehicle at 9:21 a.m. March 30. They followed him but lost him in traffic. Shortly thereafter, they spotted the man on the 200 block of Lakeview Avenue. He was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from the Alameda Police Department and on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. His 1987 Dodge was towed.

Ingleside

Glen Park, Bernal Heights, Excelsior, St. Francis Wood

Taken to the cleaners: The burglary of a dry cleaner on the 200 block of Gates Street occurred between March 25 and March 26. Entry was via front window. Cash was taken.

Timeout: A mother was hit by her 16-year-old son during an argument on the 100 block of Naples Street at 8 a.m. March 26. He was arrested and booked at the Juvenile Justice Center.

Jaywalking parolee: Officers searched the neighborhood of Geneva Avenue and Naples Street at 7:30 p.m. March 26 for a known parolee at large. They found the 43-year-old Vallejo man jaywalking. He gave a false name, but the officers had a photograph of him. The man was arrested on the California Department of Corrections warrant and was booked.
