Carroll County (Map, News) - Carroll County liquor stores should be allowed to open on Sundays, the county’s General Assembly delegation says. The delegation approved a measure that would authorize the county to allow liquor stores to open on Sunday for the first time in recent memory.
Supporters note Carroll residents can buy alcohol on Sundays in neighboring Frederick County.
The delegation’s measure needs General Assembly approval.

First it was payday lending capped at 36 percent, usuary in most states, but not here in the commonwealthy state of Virginia.. Now its more booze when the law allows for a half a drink before your legally drunk? anytime a state has an ABC liquor sales you know what the state represents
