Palo Alto-based Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) has agreed to acquire NUR Macroprinters Ltd., an Israeli digital inkjet manufacturer, for $117.5 million, the company announced Monday.

NUR will become part of HP’s large format printing business.
