Judge Brooke Murdock sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
On April 5, at 1:45 a.m. at Fantasies Nightclub, Robinson’s accomplices Alexander Reiff and Gregory Eaton entered the club armed with a 9 mm Ruger handgun and a 12-gauge shotgun, announced a robbery, and ordered about 20 people to the ground, prosecutors said.
Eaton then discharged the shotgun into the ceiling, police said.
But two off-duty police officers, who were customers at the all-nude adult club, drew their guns and shot Reiff and Eaton, according to prosecutors.
Eaton died shortly after being transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Reiff also was shot but survived his injuries. He was wearing body armor, police said. His trial is scheduled for Jan. 28.
Robinson admitted Monday he was outside the club in a getaway Ford pick-up truck that the group had stolen in Hyattsville earlier that night.
After the shooting, he fled the area and the abandoned truck was found near a relative’s house in Glen Burnie, prosecutors said.
