7:42 is right, as AWESOME as it would be, there are clauses in NBA and NHL stating spacing issues, with DC having teams- we are not allowed. Ed Hale is using false advertising to get people to appriciate his plan.

The proposal for the new Arena will be too small to support either the NHL or NBA, also, doubtful if DC will allow Baltimore to put teams here. Plus, there has been no support when minor league clubs played here.

If Baltimore does get NHL and NBA teams, make sure the teams are constant losers and then guarantee that no working class people can afford the tickets.
