examiNation DC: Should Virginia deny bail to illegal immigrants lodged in jails?

How many jails are overcrowded? All of them?

It would be illegal to deny the illegals bail but then everything thats illegal in the US, such as meth, people love and crave for, not to forget porn, so why just pick on laboreres who break the law? why not abort all illegal activity?

Why don't we just annex Mexico, Central America and South America and be done with it. Then just tax everyone 10 percent of whatever they make and let's get on with it.

What part of "illegal alien" don't people understand? It isn't about race, color, or religion. They broke the law when they entered our nation without permission, so there is justification for the denial of bail. Understand this: If your home were a sovereign nation and I let myself in and took advantage of all of your amenities; to include sleeping in ur bed, wearing your clothes, watching ur cable, using your internet connection, and eating you food, would it be OK for me to stay as long as I stay hidden, and complete all the menial tasks you don't like to do? I think not. I am sure the issue with most is simply accountability and contribution. If you want to be here, ask!! If you want to stay; pay taxes and abide by the law. Pretty simple right?

They can't just be deported, what if they were a terrorist? That is why we hold them, to look into their background and be sure we haven't just shipped a dangerous criminal home to do more damage!

Courts have been largely of the view that if you are in the US and you are in front of a Judge for whatever issue you are dealing with, than the Judge will deal with you irregards to how you got there. Judge says you are in this country, you are in front of me, so I'm gonna dispense justice (Im paid for that) and when that process is over, the immigration people or whoever, debt collectors, etc can run after you, so no, they should not be denied due process.

Denying bail to illegal immigrants would be a violation of the law and jurisprudence of America,
