Traffic slow, steady as all lanes reopen on Hwy 101
- Commute traffic moved smoothly, if slowly, on U.S. Highway 101 in Redwood City this morning after the six lanes that closed for repaving Wednesday night were reopened at about 5:20 a.m., California Highway Patrol Officer Kevin Kroncke said.
