Don’t block Embarcadero party
For a city that boasts an international reputation as a fun place to be, San Francisco certainly has no shortage of local spoilsports. Taylor has new number to go along with new team
Jason Taylor entered the locker room Tuesday morning ready to suit up for his first practice of training camp, just like he'd done before each of his past 11 NFL seasons. Hours after losing two defensive ends Sunday on the opening of training camp, Snyder traded for disgruntled Miami star Jason Taylor. He didn’t even greatly overpay.

Three minutes to showtime, and Cristian de la Fuente still hadn't decided whether he would continue after tearing a tendon in his biceps. The producers of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," the popular live dancing competition, had themselves in a tizzy.
Basic cable goes from low-rent to high Emmy count
Basic cable has long been the domain of low-rent fare such as "The Real World" and "Silk Stalkings," or kids' stuff like "SpongeBob SquarePants." For the award-winning shows, you had to pay a premium. More Dancing With the Stars Stories
