The City College of San Francisco won’t have Jeremiah Masoli under center this fall. The quarterback who led the Rams to a state championship as a freshman is expected to sign with Oregon this morning, coach George Rush said. Oregon beat out Auburn, Arizona and Arkansas for the services of the 6-foot, 205-pounder, who threw for more than 3,500 yards and 30 touchdowns.

City College of San Francisco’s board of trustees will move forward with a vote Thursday to approve the design of the school’s new Chinatown campus, despite a lawsuit filed by neighbors opposing the 190-foot building proposal.
