A 23-year-old Lake Havasu City man has died after being discovered unresponsive in his jail cell on Thursday morning.Mohave County Sheriff's spokeswoman Trish Carter says George Stephen Foster Jr. was arrested just before 2 a.m. Thursday for possessing dangerous drugs. Deputies had been called to a Fort Mohave home about a disturbance and were told Foster was locked in the bathroom doing drugs.
