City Hall: Newsom to discuss Muni
Staff reports, The Examiner Jun 22, 2007 4:00 AM (917 days ago)SAN FRANCISCO Mayor Gavin Newsom will hold his next “community discussion” in The City’s District 3, which encompasses Chinatown and North Beach and Fisherman’s Wharf, on Saturday, June 30. Newsom will discuss The City’s efforts to improve Muni service, as well as the plan to build a Central Subway by 2016. The discussion will also include what The City is doing to increase pedestrian and bicycle safety.
