Logan-El headed to Towson

The offensive lineman from Prince George’s County who gained national notoriety when he spurned the Terps’ recruiting efforts on live television before declaring he’d be playing for Penn State, told The Examiner Tuesday that he will be enrolling at Towson University and will suit up for the Tigers this fall.
