Office real estate market soft in first quarter
David Francis, The Examiner Apr 5, 2007 11:04 AM (990 days ago)WASHINGTON The office market in the Washington area experienced a slight slowdown in the first quarter of the year, according to a report from Delta Associates. The real estate research firm, in its quarterly report on the office real estate market, found an overall vacancy rate of 9.2 percent, up from 8 percent at the same time last year.
