Carriers set roof antennas without residents' OK
Joshua Sabatini, The Examiner Feb 23, 2007 6:00 AM (1008 days ago)SAN FRANCISCO Residents are demanding a say in where and how cell phone carriers are installing so-called microcell antennas that are popping up all over The City without public review.
