Tom Davis, R-Va.; Jim Moran, D-Va.; Chris Van Hollen, D-Md.; Frank Wolf, R-Va.; and Al Wynn, D-Md., for the $1.5 billion federal bailout of Metro pushed by the Fairfax congressman.
