Congestion relief anything but relief
The Examiner Apr 22, 2008 1:01 AM (591 days ago)SAN FRANCISCO Fred Hiatt’s article “The bumpy road to congestion relief will be paved by debate” (The Examiner — Wednesday, April 16, 2008) seems to advocate that because congestion fees are in effect in London, Stockholm and Singapore, they should be enacted here in the U.S. also.
