The Gilroy native’s Garcia Pass It On Foundation will hold a fundraiser Feb. 23 at CordeValle Resort in San Martin for the American Cancer Society, El Toro Youth Center, Special Olympics Northern California and the Laci and Conner Search and Rescue Fund.
