Oakland approves 'Clear' security pass
News Reports, The Examiner Jan 17, 2008 1:49 PM (687 days ago)OAKLAND The Oakland Board of Port Commissioners approved Clear to provide express security service at Oakland International Airport, the board announced Wednesday. For an annual cost of $100 plus a Transportation Security Administration pre-screening fee of $28, applicants will receive a Clear identity card, which will expedite them through special security lanes.
