Sasha Vasilyuk, The Examiner Nov 21, 2007 10:38 PM (759 days ago)REDWOOD CITY The 13-year-old dancer from Redwood Shores is one of 29 dancers from Kirkpatrick’s School of Dance in San Mateo selected to participate in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. The eighth-grader, who has been dancing since she was 4, will be in the opening dance piece of the parade dressed as a painter. She will also perform at the Burlingame Avenue Holiday Parade on Dec. 7.
