Debbie Wilson is one of the main characters on the CW network’s “90210,” a spin-off from the iconic 1990s teen drama, “Beverly Hills, 90210.”

Debbie is the matriarch of the Wilson family, which is the main focus of the drama, such as the Walsh family was on the original series. Debbie, a photographer, is married to Harry Wilson (Rob Estes) and they have two children together: biological daughter Annie Wilson (Shenae Grimes) and adopted son, Dixon Wilson (Tristan Wilds).

The Wilson family moved to Beverly Hills from Kansas to help care for and move in with Harry’s mother, Tabitha Wilson (Jessica Walter), who was a famous actress. In season two, the Wilson family moved into their own home, stating that grandmother Tabitha is now performing a show in Las Vegas.

As the mother of two teenagers, Debbie struggled in season one with the new challenges brought on by living in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area. She eventually accepted that teenager problems will exist everywhere, even in her native Kansas.

Debbie is played by actress Lori Loughlin, who was born on July 28, 1964, in Queens, New York, according to IMDB.com. She is best known for her role as Rebecca Donaldson Katsopolis, or Aunt Becky, on the long-running series “Full House.” She also was one of the creators and stars of the show “Summerland,” and has a long resume of acting credits. Loughlin has two children with her second husband, Mossimo Giannulli, who is the creator of the Mossimo clothing line.
